Mac: click on the link and choose 'save as...' or 'download image' or whatever.... and then open 'desktop pictures' or 'appearance' from the control panel. Choose 'picture', click on 'select picture', choose the image from on your computer, click OK and then click 'set desktop'.

PC: right click on the link and choose 'save as...' or 'download image' or whatever.... and then choose it for your desktop... or you could just click on it, wait for it to download, and then right click and choose set as desktop.

Make sure that if there's an choice then you choose the correct picture for your screen resolution.
